HI, I'M SARAH THE PERIMENOPAUSE NATUROPATH!

I'm not your average naturopath - I drink coffee, hate calorie counting with a passion and (unfortunately) I'm all too familiar with what can happen when you and your body aren't  supported and nourished in perimenopause.

When I hit my 40s and gained  multiple allergies, an autoimmune condition, and 20 kilos (in less than 12 months, doing nothing different food or exercise-wise); I was left thinking WTH?!

My doctor told me I was too young for perimenopause *eye roll*
